Account Deletion Instructions

Premium users of drawfloorplan who created an account using email and password can request deletion of their account and stored data.

To delete your account, please contact us through the following method:

Email: Send a request to support@drawfloorplan.net with the subject “Delete My Account”.

Please include your registered email or username so we can verify your identity.

• Email address
• Password (securely stored)
• Premium account information
• Any user-generated premium data stored in our database

All personal information is permanently removed from our servers.

Account deletion will be completed within 7 days after receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
